St. Francis House Drop-In
Center in its 6th year

     The Saint Francis House Drop-In Center, a project of the Our Blessed Mother of Victory Mission Foundation Inc. , marked its 6th year anniversary last Saturday afternoon (Nov. 20) at Camanchile Road, Zamboanga City.
     The St Francis House Drop-In Center was established on Nov.20, 2005  to serve as temporary shelter of streetchildren, including the so-called "Rugby Boys".
     Those who prefer to be sheltered will later be transferred to the St Francis House orphanage in Pasonanca.
     The St Francis House Drop-In Center was established as an extension of the OBMVM Foundation Inc.'s orphanage founded in 1987 by Canadian priest Fr. Arthur Winikoff. The place is currently being headed by its housefather Mr. Nezo Sumalinog.
      A simple early cena was tendered for the wards and visitors of the St Francis House Drop-In Center.
